Communication was inconsistent throughout the transaction. There were periods where I had to follow up repeatedly for updates, and important information was not always communicated in a timely or clear manner. As a seller, I expected my agent to be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, which was not my experience. I was disappointed by the lack of due diligence when it came to a major vendor involved in the transaction. I relied on my agent’s recommendations and expected those vendors to be properly vetted. Unfortunately, issues arose that could have been avoided with better oversight and more careful selection. The closing process was especially frustrating. After I handed over possession of the property to the buyer, my sale proceeds were not wired until the following day. While there may have been operational reasons for the delay, this was never clearly communicated in advance. Having the buyer receive the keys while I was still waiting for my funds felt unacceptable and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not use this agent again.
