Judy McHenry is a phenomenal agent. She is perceptive and knowledgable. Her prior experience as a real-estate appraiser really came in handy as we were evaluating our list price, and other brokers at our open house felt we were right on the money.Judy helped with staging and flow of the rooms and made valuable suggestions. She even brought in a professional stager who offered free advice and rented us some key staging pieces at an excellent rate.Judy was extremely prompt and communicative with correspondence and was comfortable using multiple forms of media to contact us, text, email, and voice, as the situation warranted. She provided great feedback from any open houses and showings, even photographing and emailing all of the comment cards from our broker's open.We couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of our media package, including high quality photos, video walk through and 3D walk through with "dollhouse" view. The technology used for our listing made all other listings in the area pale in comparison. After only about a month on the market (in winter!), she found a great pre-approved buyer who appreciated the unique qualities of our house, and sold our house at list price.Judy was again perfect throughout contract negotiations and closing. She really went the extra mile to take care of inspection related items, arranging for and overseeing repairs, for us while we were out of state. Judy Mchenry is clearly one of the top realtors in the Leesburg area. Of course she saved me thousands of dollars and guided me through the purchase process, that is to be expected of a good realtor. What makes her a great realtor is that she intuitively understood my requirements regarding home ownership; I needed a house as a comfortable investment which met my desire for comfort. She assisted me in fixture selections which would enhance the overall value of the property. I really didn't have to pick Judy but I have to say I'm glad I did.
