Julie Henderson

It all started with Cindy, a REALTOR® since 1985. A PART OF WINGFIELD SPRINGS SINCE THE BEGINNING… Cindy was one of the original on-site agents as well as serving on the Design Review Committee. As member of the Sparks City Council for 8 years in the 1990s, Cindy was involved with planning some of Sparks’ finest neighborhoods including Wingfield Springs, Cimarron, The Highlands at Cimarron East, D’Andrea & Kiley Ranch as well as some of Sparks’ most exciting attractions including the Marina Park & Sparks Victorian Square Plaza and Fountain. During the housing collapse in the mid-2000s, Cindy was extensively trained and became an expert in the Short Sale arena. She assisted people through the grueling process of dealing with their lenders and getting their home sold ethically and with compassion. In 2013, The Henderson Home Team was born.
