Julie Kavanaugh

Julie was born and raised in Lockport, New York along with her 3 siblings. Julie attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio and obtained her degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications. After having careers in Public Relations at a hospital in New York and working for a AAA baseball team, she met Mark and moved to Palos Verdes Estates, California. Shortly after Julie began working with Mark at his development company and she then obtained her real estate license in 1999 the same year her and Mark were married. Julie handles all administrative matters for Kavanaugh Development Company and Montgomery Company as well as being a busy realtor. Mark and Julie have two children – Joe and Sadie who both attend Pacific Grove Unified schools. Julie serves on the Pacific Grove Middle School PTA's executive board and is the Pacific Grove High School PTA president. She also volunteers for the Breakers Club at PGHS and is active on many committees. Julie also volunteers with the Monterey County Association of Realtors working on their annual golf tournament.
