The main thing we loved about having her as our agent was that she told us at all times what we needed to hear, not what she thought wed want to hear. She assisted with the closing process, acquiring homeowners insurance, and even had a nice gift for us at closing; none of which was her responsibility at the time. Julie would meet us at any time to view a house, met us separately if needed because our schedules didnt coincide, and has become a go to for tips, suggestions and referrals now in our first year of home ownership. We give her our highest recommendation
