I contacted Julie and asked her to find me a home in the Gainesville area so I could be closer to family living in the area. I used Julie and Lynn several years ago when I bought my first townhouse in 2009. I recommended the team to friends and family buying in the area over the years. And now that my husband and I were looking to sell the townhouse to buy a single family house in the area, we went back to Julie. Julie and Lynn came out to look at the house and sit down with us to go over the process of selling and confirm our ideas about what could be done to declutter and make the house have the best impression to buyers. We weren't yet in a big rush to sell, but wanted to begin getting everything moving towards us being ready to list if we saw a house on the market that we wanted to put an offer on. We looked at some open houses on own own to get an idea of the neighborhoods and house styles. And when we were ready, Julie started taking us around to houses. We found one we fell in love with and rushed to finish up our listing while putting and offer in on the new house. Julie even helped us out with coming over to our townhouse while we were at work to be there with the carpet cleaner guy she recommended (who did a great job!). That helped us list a day earlier than we planned. A few bumps in the road (I'm not sure that any transaction goes without some hiccups), but Julie helped us through them all - in constant contacts with us, our lender, and the other realtors - and we ended up with the house we fell in love with. Julie was great at answering all of our calls and texts very quickly, and swinging by the house(s) to check on things throughout the process.

Julie and Lynn were both a pleasure to work with. We put in an inquiry on a whim to just see a home, and 4 homes later, we found our forever home! This is our first home we have ever purchased. We certainly were "green." Julie and Lynn helped us understand the ins and outs of purchasing a home, things to be mindful of for future resale value, and made us feel as though we really had advocates on our side through the entire process. We were faced with competition when we turned in our offer. They recommended we send the sellers a personal note, which is apparently a common practice in a bidding war. It was a great suggestion since they liked it and picked us so we were thankful for their experienced guidance on that! Additionally, when small hiccups came up throughout the closing due to misinterpretation of inspection reports, etc, Julie and Lynn assisted us in resolving things with the sellers and their realtor. It was great to have someone so attentive and on the ball. They were so thoughtful and even gave us a lovely housewarming gift, which we are gladly used to purchase an updated ceiling fan for the master bedroom. We would recommend Julie and Lynn to anyone!

Lynn and Julie helped us buy our home when we relocated from Richmond to the NOVA area through company relocation last year.
