She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and great negotiator.She walked me through the process, made suggestions, was easy to contact and, if we didn't connect right away, always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. We spent full days looking at homes, to the point to where I felt guilty taking up her entire day. However, she never complained and always was willing to look at one more house.
