Julie is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty. She has lived in the Wilmington area since 1992 and in South East NC all of her life. She is married to Stephen Chappell and they have 2 sons and a daughter. She enjoyed being a stay at home mom while the children were young but when their daughter went to middle school she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. This was something she always wanted to do and was just waiting for the right time. In 2010 she got her Real Estate license and has since enjoyed working with both sellers and buyers to achieve their Real Estate goals and dreams.
