I worked with the Leyva Team when I upgraded from a condo to a single family home. I was so nervous and worried about all the upkeep that you don't have to worry about when you live in a condo! But the Leyva Team provided me with encouragement and their unwavering confidence which is just what I needed to take that step. When I bought the market was pretty nuts. I put in five offers on five different homes before I bought my house. Calm and focused the entire time, the Leyva Team coached me through the whole process and answered all of my (many) questions. They've also connected me, over the years, with a reliable gardener, housekeeper, handyman, plumber, electrician and all the other craftspeople one needs to call from time to time when you own a home. They are the absolute best at what they do and are also fun and funny. If I could give them six starts I would.

I've bought my very first house with Julio as an agent. I was married then, and my husband had driven 3 real estate agents crazy, prior to inflicting himself on Julio. Julio's patience, knowledge and honesty were beyond limits. With Julio's advice we bought a great house, in a great location, for a great price. Years later after I divorced my ex-husband (turns out my patience had limits, unlike Julio's) I was in the market once again, but under very different circumstances. I was totally on my own, scared to make a bad investment, unsure of how to navigate the process. Fortunately the Leyva team stepped in. They help me buy my second house. I am so lucky to have found such a trustworthy, competent, reliable, and fun team to work with. I love my little house, and I'm not going to be in the market for a house anytime soon. Julio and Michelle represented us as buyers and the experience was so much better than I ever could have imagined.My friend bought a house a few months before we started looking, and her agent didn't do much for her. Leyva Realtors are so wonderful that I have now used them twice. First in 2011 they helped me buy a condo for my father. I had never purchased property before and the circumstances of having to move my father were very stressful. Julio navigated me and my family through very difficult time. He helped us find the perfect place that my father still regularly thanks me and Julio for finding for him. This means so much because it was a very traumatic move for my father to downsize to a condo, so that fact that he loves his place means everything! The sale of our house would not be possible without the help of Julio and Michelle Leyva of Leyva Realtors. I Highly (can I say Highest?) recommend Julio and Michelle for all your Realtor needs. I was a remote owner and they worked with me on every aspect of the pre-sale work, through listing and sale. They were on site constantly making sure everyone went smoothly. And when we hit a snag with the HOA - they personally worked to drive issues to keep my sale on track. They have amazing contacts if you want work done, from basic (painting, clean up) to staging and photography. They worked multiple open houses that got me visibility in the hundreds and offers close to a dozen in 1 week. All while being kind, calm and responsive. Work with them if you want to work with the BEST!

We simply cannot say enough great things about Julio. Our experience was top notch from beginning to end every step of the way. We have both done several real estate transactions in the past and have worked with great realtors and some that left things to be desired. Julio is simply the best. His knowledge of the areas, expertise in negotiating, rapid response time, and detail oriented approach were exactly what we had hoped for! Before we could even send an interesting listing to Julio in our desired neighborhood he had found it, called the agent, researched the pertinent details, and more often than not toured the property! That's all before we even decided to step in the front door! The listing agent of the property we purchased told us flat out that if Julio would not have been such a fantastic realtor we would not have gotten such a great deal on our home.

When we were in the process of making the largest purchase of our life, we needed a team that we could trust.
