PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE ANY TRANSACTION WITH THIS "REALTOR". Julissa Fuertes is a SCAMMER. She showed me an apartment that was under construction and had a bad smell. I decided to move forward with the apartment, although I had other options too. She specifically told me to "pay the deposit because the application is not valid and we cannot submit it until we have your deposit in escrow, and if you don't pay the deposit, I will give you back your application money". I paid the application, but I hadn't paid her the deposit yet. Finally, I decided not to move forward and to have my money back as she promised. She refused to return my money, and she stole $300. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH HER.
