June Durso

A miserable waste of money. I should have sold the property myself. She did not follow through on her promises and outright lied about others. Then left the country the week of closing without any notification and we were forced to conduct all business and ask all questions of the attorney at his hourly fees. Beware.

We chose June this time because June was our realtor back in 2012 when we sold our other home and bought another home. So, we didn't want to "mess with perfection". June is the consummate professional and a terrific human being. My wife and I could not possible say enough great things about her but let me tell you just one thing that stands out among many. When it was determined that we really wanted to move into a particular condominium association, June wrote 32 letters (not form factor, but personal) to each of the owners and got us our "retirement nest egg". :) We are so happy with what we bought because of the hard work and determination of June and Century 21 in Methuen.
