Justen Staufer

I was born in Virginia and raised all over the US, but I consider Colorado my home as I have been here for half of my life. I started my career path down in Denver where I was a restaurant and bar manager in my early twenties while going to school at Metro State. I eventually started my own company locally, Bald Guy’s Mowing Company, and I grew to love this area over a period of 7 years. Landscaping is seasonal work, however, and I often found part-time work during the winter months. I eventually found Starbucks Coffee Company in 2008, and although it started that winter as a part-time job, I soon fell head-over-heels for the company. I loved their values. They take good care of their farmers, their baristas, and their customers, and they taught me how to bring value and enjoyment to every customer’s experience.
