- Justin showed me homes
Justin took me out to six houses and non of them was what I was looking for. I had given him a detailed list of what I wanted and he seemed to ignore my list and showed me the homes he had listed at the time. I gave him another chance the next weekend. Still non of the homes met my needs so I found another broker and two weeks later I purchased a home.

Justin was not timely in his responses. Didn't help stage the home as promised or maintain the property as I was an out of state seller. Not sure how he has sold so many homes with the terrible service we received.

I had looked at zillow and thought suggested price was fair and I told justin that. He was determined to sell it for 10% above the zillow fair listed price. It sat on the market for 63 days with no offers. I unlisted the home. Hired Redfin to sell it. They listed in $1.5K above what zillow listed and did great staging and sold the home in 5 days.

Justin didn't seem to have anytime at all for me as client. Maybe my house that had low listing price so his commission wouldn't be much put him off. He should have declined being my agent but he didn't. In turn he wasted my time and his by not treating me valued customer. Don't make the same mistake I did it. Do NOT connect Justin Manning for your real estate needs.
