Justin is an awesome agent and helped us beat out other offers to get an amazing house on our first offer. Very impressive given the current market. He has a great knowledge of the Grand Rapids area and several tricks up his sleeve to beat out the other offers. Justin was very responsive throughout as well, highly recommended.

Justin promptly returned our calls on any questions we had or listings we were interested in which allowed us the opportunity to see and eliminate houses without missing out on any of the listings we had interest in. He researched the area we were interested in, made calls to sale by owner listings, and any questions we had on a particular house, he made a call to get us an answer.
