If you had to describe Justin Shrouder in one simple word, that word would undoubtedly be ‘Local’. Having been born in Kissimmee, attending school there and in Saint Cloud, there are few that know his part of the Sunshine State better. When Justin is not spending time on the water with family and friends, you can find him engulfed in his other passion, real estate. After college it did not take Justin long to realize that the real estate industry was where he was destined to be. Having spent 7 years as a mortgage professional on both the wholesale and retail sides, he now uses this knowledge to benefit his clients as a REALTOR. Now as a real estate professional, Justin specializes in the Central Florida market, but his vast knowledge of the market expands beyond just a limited area.
