Kaila was AMAZING to us when we were selling our home. Not only did she sell it in less than 48 hours she was responsive and sensitive to our needs. This was our first home so we were new to what it was like to sell but she took us through the process step by step and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. She also was understanding of my 6am panic text messages I'd send! Kaila has a way with people and it's the reason why she's so successful. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Kaila is, by far, the best realtor my wife and I have event worked with. She is very knowledgeable and ethical. She doesn't see your family as a commission check to her, or you being a 5031c to another family. The worst part about Kaila is there is only one of her. She has set the bar extremely high and I doubt I will find another realtor I trust, respect or like as I do Kaila. If you choose her, you will not be disappointed.

I met Kaila Lindsey at a networking event in 2016 and we scheduled a meeting at a local coffee shop. Kaila was very personable, proactively asking the specific questions related to my home search. Although I knew many other realtors, I liked Kaila and felt comfortable that she would work hard for me, so I gave her a chance. Kaila and I found properties of interest and we began picking the ones to see. Because I dont like making quick decisions, a couple of my choices were bought before I could get a deposit put on them, but Kaila never gave up. I found and wanted to see a house quickly. It was found on a court-ordered sale listing, on the last day for bidding. With very little notice, Kaila met me there after work with the key. I liked the potential, so Kaila helped me with the bid, which was won. Ive bought and sold 5-homes and 4-office buildings. Kaila is possibly my favorite realtor to-date. She saw everything through and has followed-up on multiple occasions, to be sure I was happy. I believe that I saved tens of thousands of dollars on my newest home/paradise because Kaila was responsive, provided exceptional communication skills, industry knowledge, OH! and patience. Most realtors just want to sell you something. I felt more like I was cared-for in this experience, even 2 years later. My project with Kaila, her team and resources, turned a daunting task to a much more enjoyable challenge, that ended perfect for me.

Kaila was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her! Kaila is a rockstar! She helped my husband and me buy our first home, and I could not be happier. She took the time to explain how everything works to two very green, first-time home buyers, and I never felt like any question I asked was silly. She showed us dozens of homes - must have been 20-25 - all within our price range (never tried to get us to go over budget) and within the very specific areas we were looking for. When we finally found the one, Kaila was great at the negotiations. The sellers were difficult to say the least, but Kaila found a way to make it work. When the appraisal came in for lower than our contract price, she was right back at the negotiations. She helped us the whole way through. Her assistant Marvin is great, too! For the entire 45-day process, he called every single weekday to ask if we had any questions. Kaila and her whole team are outstanding!

Great experience. She has the ability to understand the market and develop a strategy to sell your house quickly. She identified a price for our new house that created a lot of interest in the property and helped us go to contract in less than a day for more than our asking price. On the purchase of our new home she helped us communicate with the builder. Kaila also did an excellent job preparing us for closing and helping us to be prepared. She offered good recommendations for cleaning/moving companies and helped put us in touch with an outstanding mortgage company. Would highly recommend working Kaila and her team!

Along with being our excellent real estate agent, Kaila is also my friend. I'm not just giving her 5 stars for that reason. Because I'm her friend, I see her work behind the scenes. She works harder than anyone I know (even during times when it extremely difficult to do so)! She is so quick to respond and get you what you need.
