Kai also lives in Oak Lawn and enjoys her life with her husband (Terry Grant's son) and their two daughters. She attended the University of Hawaii @ Manoa specializing in Marketing and loves working with people. She also enjoys volunteering, outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family. Kai joined Terry's real estate team in 2006 and joined Coldwell Banker in 2008. Since then, they have continually ranked in the top of their office and love helping people find their new home.
