Kara Courtney

I am a retired military man on a limited income and had thought my chances of buying a home were next to impossible. However, a close friend and fellow veteran introduced me to Kara Courtney and, through her hard work, true dedication, and perseverance, I am about to close on a dream come true: my first ever home! Kara has amazed me all along by keeping me aware of every option and minute detail involved and she is personally responsible for making sure the mortgage lender, seller, agents, and all involved were all singing from the same sheet of very complicated music. I am without words to express my gratitude to this wonderful and dedicated professional and feel humbled that she gave me such incredible service through it all. We had the privilege of working with Kara during our home buying process. She was knowledgeable, punctual, highly professional and communicative with us during the whole process. Most of all she remained patient and positive with us as we searched for the right home for many months. She always accommodated our busy family and work schedules and did so with a smile on her face. Kara got to know us and our wish list of items and didn't waste our time showing us houses that weren't the right fit. Kara is extremely warm, friendly, knowledgable, easy to talk to you, and she is full of i ntegrity! I would rexommens her again and again! She took us through everything step by step with incredible patience. She was very helpful explaining my requests to the seller and helping me get what I needed. She was also very helpful in finding just the right inspector. There's a great deal of work that needs to be done when buying a house and it can be stressful, but with Kara, I feel hopeful I will complete all of my tasks in rhw amount of time given. I feel blessed!
