Karen Boyette

In 2007 I had to relocate out of the area quickly and in a down market. Karen found a buyer for my house, getting me a very fair price despite the housing market. I had to leave before my house was sold and Karen handled EVERYTHING for me. I feel I could not have accomplished that without her help. I recently moved back to Hillsborough County and my first call was to Karen Boyette, who again, went out of her way to find me and my family a house. Very professional,personable,and reliable. Does what she says she will do! I , honestly would not buy a house in theTampa area with out Karen Boyette as my agent!

My husband and I have used Karen Boyette two times and would use her again. She knows all the ins and outs, and gets the job done with the best price! She's easy to talk to and she understands the presures facing the home shopper/owner.

Karen helped me with the purchase of my condo a few years ago. The buyer was anxious to sell and had several other offers, but with Karens help she managed to get me locked in with the seller and I purchased the condo! The process was painless as Karen handled everything and even helped me with issues that werent realtor-related.Karen continues to help me with my search for another property, which is an on-again off-again decision with me. She is patient and works with me even though I have not been able to make that final decision. The one thing I especially love about working with Karen is that she seems to know exactly what I am looking for, not something she is trying to push or just because somethings for sale. I have also referred Karen to other friends and co-workers. I normally wont recommend someone but with Karen its easy to do. Shes honest, professional, patient never pushy! and knows what they are looking for and a delight to work with. Whenever I do finally make that decision to buy another property, Karen will be there holding my hand and taking care of everything for me.

Karen is THE best realtor ever! My situation was a bit complicated. Karen found the vehicle for a mortgage for me, was supremely patient in showing me houses to suit my situation, knows the area and it's history, and did all of the proper follow throughs. She pushed when other realtors, mortgage people, title company folks and me when we needed to be pushed! She always has a smile and a positive attitude, and encouraged questions. I highly, highly recommend her!

I found Ms. Boyette to be very professiional and personable. She was very helpful in selecting properties which would interest me. and was able to answer all of my questions. She was familiar with the neighborhood and surrounding areas.

After speaking with Karen over the phone and meeting with her I decided to use her to sell my home and find a new home for me. She came to my house where we discussed the listing price for my then current home and what the area where I wanted to relocate to and what I wanted in my new home. Once my house was listed and under contract we began the search for my new home. Karen found the perfect house for me in the area I wanted to live in. Karen is fabulous! She found the perfect home fit for our family. We are a military family, transferring to MacDill AFB; we came to the area for a quick house hunting trip. Karen devoted herself to us for five days straight. Helping guide us, giving us information, and aiding us in finding an amazing house. We could not have done it without her.
