- Karen listed and sold my home
Karen worked more for the buyer even though she represented us, the seller. Recommended a lousy attorney. Repeated our conversations and concerns about the sale of our home to the potential buyer and their attorney in an effort to close the deal behind our backs. Never fought for us, just was in it for the commission. Told us not to get house appraised, just to put a $ amount out there. Feel we lost quite a bit of money listening to her. DO NOT use her, you will regret it.
