Karen was born a real estate agent in 1944 in Texas and finally realized her destiny as a REALTOR in 1980 when she typed the manuscript for her mother's book "Real Estate Success Habits". Licensed in 1983, she began her career in San Antonio in June 1985, and has had many lucrative years with Guy Chipman Co. for 17 until it was purchased by D'Ann Harper, and since then with Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper. She holds many professional designations. Karen's motto, which has served her well is "WHEN YOU WORK WITH KAREN, START PACKING!"
