I would not recommend Karen she has the integrity of a used car salesman and is obviously in the business to make the maximum profit for herself at the expense of the buyer . Be careful dealing with her !! she knows every dirty trick in the book .She is the poster child for unscrupulous realtors . I have bought several properties in my lifetime and can honestly say that I have never met a realtor such as Karen . She is definitely a black eye for Florida realtors.

Nothing short of amazing! Karen was recommended to me by an old co-worker and after a few others were recommended. I called in order of recommendations and Karen was the first to 1) Call me back 2) answer when I called again and 3) show up to our meeting as scheduled (I had literally been stood up by another realtor...) I had a wish list and a budget but no real 'location' and Karen set up a few places to look at with both my budget and items in mind in a vary of locations. I didn't expect to find the house I envisioned, with everything on my wish list and in my budget, the first week, however, a miracle happened. While I was waiting at a property to be shown (I was early) I was looking online at nearby houses as I liked the feel of the neighborhood and another house 'popped up' on the realtor.com app, after the showing me the current property I asked about the one on my phone. She set it up and we were able to see it that day! I fell in love and we immediately put an offer on the house! One week after meeting! Everything was perfect except some issues on the sellers end with whatever which caused the closing to be pushed back 3 times (for a total of 3.5 months after the offer was put in). I was going crazy, had given notice to my landlords, living out of boxes, etc. but she kept everything super professional with the sellers! I couldn't do it and I am thankful for her and that I finally closed when I did. I would recommend her to any and everyone! She kept in contact with me for everything, had excellent recommendations, helped with the closing price, and was very dedicated. She is the best realtor ever and I look forward to ever having to work with her again.
