If you are selling a house, absolutely hire Karen! She will do whatever it takes to nickel and dime your buyer to the point they consider walking away from half a million dollar transaction on the morning of closing; but you'll have squeezed every cent you can from your property. If you want to buy a house and you see these names attached to the seller, run screaming. Make no offers and do no business. They the break promises, they are uncommunicative during negotiations and demonstrate a general contempt for humanity.
