My final sale price was well above ask thanks to her negotiation skills. Both her and her husband Chad are very professional and down to earth. I appreciated that. They are exactly the type of people I like to do business with. Oh yeah, they took beautiful photos of my home!! They also helped on the purchase of our replacement home. She handled everything very professionally and quickly. Never once did I feel like I was not up to date or that I had to wait for a reply.

Karie and her husband Chad were an amazing team to work with! We actually met them by them going door to door, and I am so glad we did! We had to wait a few months to get our house ready to put on the market, but the moment we contacted them they were ready for us. All paperwork was lined up and ready to, they took wonderful photos of our home, and it was on the market a day later. Through all their advertising and marketing experience we had an incredible amount of showings, and selected our buyer by day four! I seriously don't know what we would have done without these two.
