My experience with Karim in buying my house was phenomenal, being my first house I thought the whole process would be hectic, long and nerve wrecking but Karim made it a lot smoother than I thought. The whole process literally just took a month and all I had to do was just to tell him the house that I liked and he took care of everything else and he was able to negotiate the selling price and getting it $20000 below the asking price and getting me credit towards the closing coast. Also he was able to negotiate a big portion of the new furniture within the purchase price. He always exceeded my expectations and it felt he was buying the house for himself and he was very keen on making sure I was 100% comfortable with everything.
