Kate Cushing

A Southern California native, Kate comes from a successful and accomplished family of homebuilders with an instilled passion for all aspects of real estate. This experience and desire naturally led Kate to work for a large Orange County homebuilder to gain an even more extensive knowledge in the real estate industry. Having taken a position as a Marketing Director to compliment her education, Kate became versed in advertising, new home sales marketing packages, floorplan design and interior design. In addition to her success in real estate, Kate and her husband Tim collectively established a successful family owned and operated yacht management company in Orange County. Her biggest accomplishment however, is their children Saylor & Cutter. Kate has employed her exceptional work ethic, tenacity, professionalism, intellect and people skills to nurture a successful Real Estate career.
