Kathy Congdon's team was amazing. I was a first time home buyer and needed a team who would work fast and hard for me. I had a list of properties already in mind to look at so I hit the ground running. I was teamed up with one Michele Jones and she was great. She was very willing to show me properties over the course of a weekend and even showed me one I did not have on my list. Michele diligently wrote up my offer on a Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon we had negotiate with seller and my offer was accepted.
