  • Katherine helped me buy a home

      I purchased a home from Katherine’s husband Mark Kinchla and she was the agent. Terrible experience. It was a new townhome listed here. I have so many problems with this new townhome. The roof is leaking and multiple other major issues. Buyer beware!

        I got to meet Katherine once. She showed me the home before it was completely finished, and the rest of what was 'planned' to be done. My home is still incomplete. Mind you, her husband Mark Kinchla is also the builder. Dealing with him directly was hands down the most stressful thing for us. His signature move would be "I'll get someone to fix it soon" .... then you would not see or hear from anyone at all.... Try to stay away from her husband's new builds if you use Katherine as your agent. It'll save you a ton of money.
