Katherine was great. She really knew the market and how to sell our house quickly. We were selling from out of state and she made the process easy. She knew what updates we needed to do and was able to find people to do them for a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend her if you want to sell your house quickly. She was great at communicating and would update us at least once a week.

Katherine worked closely with us over several months and expansive distances to find a lake front house for immediate vacation use and our eventual retirement home. She was responsive, patient, and industrious during all stages of data gathering, trade space development, and careful down selection. She was effective in the contract process, and supported our navigation through negotiations that became potentially disadvantageous when modified verbiage was introduced that had specific interpretations in contract law. She worked closely with the seller's agent to resolve the situation and eliminate our risk. We are very pleased with the home purchase and with Katherine's management of the process.

Got multiple offers for the house in less than a week. Clearly exceeded all the expectations I had. I tried two other realestate agent, who apparently sold a lot of homes, however, they couldn't get my any offers, let along selling it.
