Kathleen sold our house in 4 days!! How'd she do that and what makes her different than any other realtor?!?! Her qualities are by far the best I've ever experienced in a realtor. From start to finish she was on top of EVERY detail in selling our home, she made sure we listed it correctly in regards to price and description (she's awesome at writing the perfect description for your home!) to staging and writing up a detailed report for the appraiser (no realtor I've ever worked with has done that). She stayed on top of EVERY detail even when she was out of town. And yes she also helped us pick out the perfect house and location for our new home! She offered and did attend our design center appointment with our builder and gave us great advise on what to add on to our upgrades and what would be the best for us to buy ourselves. Her expertise in interior design helped us out as well. This woman is a dynamo!! She never made you feel like you were bothering her (and my husband bothered her a lot being he is a VERY detail oriented person). Kathleen Benton is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. I have bought and sold several houses in different parts of the country.
