Kathleen D Minden

Growing up in a small rural town has its advantages and disadvantages! I am the oldest of 3 girls born to Ralph and Veronica Miller. I grew up on a farm in Miami County. I bucked hay bales and showed steers in the County Fair during my summers. Back then all I wanted to be was a “town kid” but I wouldn’t trade that experience today. In 1982 I graduated from Paola High School and in 1983 married Randy Minden a “town kid”. Randy and I became parents to Jake Minden in 1988. My real estate career started in 1984 with Carter Realty in Paola. Over the years I have been an agent, manager and designated broker. In 2015 I merged my company with Crown Realty. I am now again enjoying working full time with buyers and sellers and volunteering my time with the National, State and Local Association of REALTORS. In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. Whether on our Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling the country or sitting on our deck visiting with friends, Randy and I truly are enjoying each other and life.
