CHOOSE KAT TO BE YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT AND I PROMISE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!We chose Kat to be our real estate agent just by chance, and I can honestly say that there is no better real estate agent out there. My wife and I had moved away from the Monterey area to the Midwest and rented our house for a time before we decided to sell. Once we did decide to sell we were unable to return to Monterey and take part in the selling process. Kat took care of everything for us to a level that I wouldnt have expected from anyone. She found us a buyer very quickly with a tenant still in place and took care of just about all of the back and forth between the new buyer, the tenant and our property manager. Words cannot describe how difficult the situation was with the buyer that we had, and Kat was there every time something needed to be done. She made time to show up at all the inspections, coordinated with contractors and tradesmen, and dealt with an unbelievably obnoxious buyer. She did all of this while remaining completely professional and respectful. She always kept us in the loop and communicated everything that was happening to us so that we knew how it was progressing. The nightmare with the first buyer lasted for right around 5 months before they decided to pull out of the deal and move on (thankfully). Kat was not deterred and had the property back on the market almost immediately and we managed to sell the house a short time later.
