I am only speaking from my personal experience with this agent on the sale of my home earlier this year. My experience was not a good on with her because she was very unprofessional and dishonest. This Agent is only about making her small change and she will lie to a seller to make her money. She is not someone that I would recommend to anyone that I care about. Thank God, I did not get her involved in my buying a new home. My bad experience with her taught me to research before proceeding with an Agent or anyone. Thanks to my horrible experience with her, I met a great Agent and helped me buy my new home. One great thing that came out of working with her this. Sheila Y.

Kathy is beyond unprofessional. She is dishonest and her demeanor is very distasteful. I'm not sure how long she has been doing this, but I would NEVER recommend her or her services. She only represents herself and does not have the personality to be working with people on a day to day basis. Please be warned, you will regret the experience.

This review is based on my personal experience with this agent when I hired her to sell my house. There’s a reason why she is not promoting herself as most great and reputable agents do. This Agent is only about making some quick money. She is dishonest, unprofessional and very self serving. I would not recommend her to anyone. I feel it is s important to leave this review to help the next person who search because she keeps a low profile for a reason.
