Kathy has lived in Berkeley County since 1972. She joined the Housing Industry in 1995, working for hand and hand with a local builder as an Architectural Drafter. This experience has ensured a smooth and seamless transition into the Real Estate industry providing extensive knowledge about housing and many facets of the home. In 2005, she settled in as a full-time Realtor with ERA Liberty Realty. She thoroughly enjoys her career in Real Estate. Even with the downturn of the market, she has received TOP PRODUCER awards every year since 2009. Kathy stays on the cutting edge of the latest technology for Real Estate. She utilizes Visual Tours, YouTube, Facebook, ActiveRain and many other portals to get her listings in front of as many buyers as possible.
