After renting out our townhome for 2 years due to an unsuccessful attempt to sell it in the past, my husband and I turned to Kathy to once again list the property. We gave her a very tight timeline of how long we could carry the extra mortgage payment and basically told her she had 3-4 months to sell it from start to finish before we would have to find another renter.
