As first time home buyers we had plenty of questions, and Kathy was a consummate professional always quick to respond with complete answers. She has been working in Baltimore City for years and has great knowledge of the neighborhoods and current real estate trends. Throughout the process she patiently explained (and sometimes re-explained) all the paperwork and each step of the process. While all of this is invaluable, the most important thing to know about Kathy is her ability to stay calm under pressure. When we showed up for our final walkthrough, we discovered our A/C unit had been stolen. Kathy was able to keep everything on track (with an incredible amount of work for her and her team) and get us into our house on time despite this. We'll forever be grateful. 5 stars all the way!

Kathy Stone is truly an outstanding realtor. She worked fervently and tirelessly to sell our house. I had a previous realtor who is well known, but Im not even sure he showed the house more than once. Kathy brought many home buyers and sold it for us. Our house was beautiful, but the location was the hinderance. Nevertheless, she kept working and sold it, and we are absolutely pleased.
