Kathy Weber

Kathy was our amazing advocate and fought for us everyday our house was on the market. Kathy communicated very well and she was very fast with her responses. I feel like she put more effort into selling our home than I origianally expected a realtor would do. We got such amazing attention there were times my wife and I thought we were her only client. Kathy hosted open houses nearly every weekend for months. She updated us with online statistics about potential buyers and took out social media advertisement (which she paid for out of her pocket along with the professional photos). Kathy was very knowledgeable about the process (more so that some realtors I've delt with in the past). If Kathy didnt know the answer, she found it out and updated us within hours. Since we moved 400 miles away, Kathy made herself available to help schedule maintenance and odds and ends that we were unable to personally do ourselves. Overall our experience with Kathy was wonderful and she absolutely went above and beyond by helping us with our personal aspects of moving and by updating us every step of the way. I feel that those who don't use Kathy are missing out on a lot of her personal benefit and knowledge that she has to offer. Thank you Kathy for treating us as if we were your only client!
