Under Katie and her teams expertise we listed our home and as soon as the MLS went live we had showings and an offer that night - it was under contract within a couple days with a back up to the primary offer. The team was always responsive and on top of all the twists and turns that we encountered. This was also during the whole virus thing and that didn't slow things down a bit.
