When Katri is not working hard to find you the perfect property, you’ll find her out and about enjoying all Durango has to offer from mountain biking, skiing, hiking or spending time on the Animas River. After graduating from UCLA with a degree in Economics, she moved to Durango and fell in love with mountains, the town and people. Since 2006, she has been a small business owner running the Twilight Café coffee shop in the Tech Center and then at Mercury Village. As a local entrepreneur, she became interested in the local housing and rental market and real estate investments. After learning from her own personal real estate investments, she decided to pursue her brokers/real estate license.
