Our experience with Katrina was the most positive Ive ever had with a real estate agent, and I have some as personal friends. I made first contact with her on March 4. She went above and beyond every step of the way, as she guided us through to closing on March 27. Barely over three weeks. As an out of state buyer, under the gun of a blossoming pandemic, with two sons in desperate need of housing, Katrinas understanding and communication gave me the comfort and confidence to keep moving forward at such a chaotic time. She was impeccably fair, representing both the seller and the buyer in this case. Katrina put us in contact with reliable contractors to address what needed to be done, and has stayed in touch and remained more than helpful. Finally, two weeks after closing, one of my sons came down ill while I was stuck sheltering in CA. Katrina delivered food, PPE and a thermometer from her household. I cannot express the appreciation and regard we have for Katrina. She is a good person, who is great at her job, which is helping people find Home.

Katrina helped me find my dream home! She was very understanding and patient with me as a first time home buyer. She initially showed me different types of houses to get a feel for what I was looking for and communicated with me constantly while new homes showed up on the market. When the house that I now own showed up, I contacted her immediately to let her know I was interested, and she was able to get us a tour of the house within hours. Once we were there, we both knew that this was the house for me. She moved quick, started the contract, met with me that night to sign papers and submitted everything within hours. From there she worked with me step by step to make sure I understood everything that was going on and that I felt confident every step of the way. I am so thankful for Katrina and I love my new home. Could not have done it without her!

She was very friendly and efficient. We talked about what I was looking for. The area in wanted to live in, the style of house, the size, and price range. She showed my a few houses, to get a feel of what I liked and wanted. She then showed me just the houses I would be interested in.It saved me a lot of time and hassle. She looked for any problems withthe houses and pointed them out to me, and the approximate cost to repair or replace it. She suggested to me the value and price for each house, which in the end saved me a lot of money. She found me my dream home.
