I had a buyer but she was turned down from the mortgage lender. Kay knew this and 2 weeks later she went to this person and was able to get her a loan for my home. She then listed her home. So therefore she really had no desire to sell mine to anyone else because if it was sold to someone else this women would have taken her home off the market. And she would have lost the commission on the women’s home. She was selling hers only to buy mine. My ad came off Zillow and she said no one buys from Zillow. I have bought 4 and sold 5 homes on Zillow. So I fired her. She did sell the other women’s home but charged me sellers and buyers agent. She knew that was wrong. But she is greedy. I would not recommend her.
