I have lived in Northern Colorado all of my adult life. I am familiar and knowledgable about Greeley, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, and surrounding communities. I gradualted from UNC in Greeley with a BA in 1984. I worked in the education field until 1993. In search of a career change, I obtained my real estate license in 1994. In 1997, I completed coursework to become a Broker and completed my GRI designation, something only 16% of realtors have earned. In 1999 I completed coursework to become a Certified New Home Specialist. This covered the process of building a new home and how to assist Buyers and Builders in the process. In 2000 I obtained my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, something only 4% of Realtors nationwide have completed.
