From the moment property was listed to the sale of the property, Kay and Sarah were courteous and so helpful. Questions were answered in a timely manner and in the process of listing found that my deceased husband's name was still on the deed. Kay and Sarah took care to help with that process with the Title company. That process was taken care of by them stress free to myself. They were both very knowledgeable and very responsive in helping in the sale of my lot.

Absolutely fantastic! Sarah and Kay made buying our house a very nice experience. They arranged for everything to happen, bankers/lenders, inspectors and termite inspection. They also were very patient with us because our requirements in a house were a little rare. I wanted a smaller house with RV parking, soaker tub and a work shed. They found it and at a great price. I called upon Sarah to help me find and then buy a house. She worked diligently to find the right house for me. When I finally found the right one the paper work was a whiz, seems like I did nothing at all, she did it all. Then my son and his new wife called upon Sarah again to find him a house. It was a short sale. It took a little longer but she stayed on top of it and kept him informed weekly on what was going on. If I ever decide to sale, I know she will do her best to get me a fair price.

Sarah guided us through that process and seemed almost psychic when predicting dates when the sellers bank would respond to us and what they would be saying. Sarahs experience and negotiation skills helped make the process completely painless. Sarah was recommended to us by friends / neighbors who had moved to Maricopa several years earlier. They provided similar glowing feedback. We were initially skeptical, but quickly learned the rave reviews they provided were 100% accurate and well deserved.
