Kay was raised in downtown Decatur and attended Emory University and Georgia State University where she majored in business. She then went on to work in the banking industry for over 10 years, then moved on to act as CEO of a startup software company. Her dream was to someday work in the real estate industry and has now 'living the dream!' Hailing originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Mark is a Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket. He fell in love with the city and Kay and never left the sunny South! After founding a successful software company, he now pursues his passion for real estate. Both Mark and Kay have an intimate knowledge of the Metro Atlanta market, in particular the northern arc. She made both the closing for buying and selling very streamlined, while still being very informative about the subject.
