When looking for a house, I was working specifically with Keenan Gottschall. To say I gave Keenan a challenge was an understatement, but even so, he still excelled wonderfully in finding us a house. I was looking for a house to rent for a year with 4 other people (5 total) and we were all looking for a house with our own rooms with a very tight budget, close to school. Keenan was able to provide us with an excellent array of knowledge when looking at houses and gave us very honest opinions on the houses we wanted to see. I personally walked through every house and Keenan came along to show me the pros and cons of each set up. Keenan was also incredibly timely and responsive. If I sent him an email to check on a house, it was a sure thought that Keenan would respond in a few hours with an update on it. Responsiveness in this business is key and it was much appreciated that Keenan was so quick about his work. Having him servicing us made it feel like we had an edge over everyone else looking for houses and it showed when we found the perfect house to rent well under our max budget. I would recommend Keenan in every aspect of his work.

Keenan listed our home for rent and showed the property to potential applicants. The process was painless from our aspect and he aided in what could have been a much longer drawn out process. He advised in everything from what we should rent our home from and what we could expect from the process.

Keenan and Kurt were able to find us a great new home, and sell our old home with perfect timing. They were always available whenever we had questions, etc. We had challenging work schedules, but they were able to show us homes with short notice, at times that were convenient for us. There were a few small bumps during the negotiations with the sellers of our new house, but Kurt and Keenan fought hard to make sure things were fair. Both the sale of our former home, and buying our new home was incredibly smooth.

They were always accommodating when it came to scheduling showings, which was likely a challenge for them because most of my availability was limited to nights and weekends. They were also very good at answering my questions and always in a timely matter. Whenever I had a question that Kurt didn't know the answer to, he investigated and found me an answer promptly. Kurt explained to me before the fist showing that I would be seeing "the good, the bad, and the ugly" and every showing would be a learning experience. I certainly learned a lot. Kurt was very objective during all of the showings and didn't give much of an opinion, but he told me when he thought it was a good house (if I asked). Every step of the process went smoothly and they always worked in my best interest. I HIGHLY recommend working with them!
