Kellie Martone

Kellie has been a full time Realtor since 2001. She was named the 2012 Realtor of the Year by the Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors. She has consistenly been a company Top Producing Agent since 2003. A nomination by her colleagues "Most Likely To Be Top Agent in 15 years", and past clients voting her one of "Connecticuts Top Agents" are among just a couple of her proud awards. Kellie represents both buyers and sellers and worked extremely hard obtaining her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. A CRS designation involves intense training and is only held by about 6% of Realtors in the United States. "Kellie is by far the best negotiator we've ever dealt with" one Connecticut seller stated.
