Kelly listed and sold my home
Kelly helped us price and sell our home of 30 years. She was very sensitive to my feelings in making this move from the home where our children had grown up and many memories made. She was very good with strategies for marketing our home and worked with us throughout the entire process. Our home sold and we are happily building memories in our new home. With Kelly's help we were able to navigate through the selling process in a positive way.

Recommendations added by Kelly

Kelly is an easy-going, knowledgeable, and caring person to work with. Anytime we had any questions when we were searching for homes in Bluffton, South Carolina, Kelly was readily available and genuinely wanting to help us. We would certainly recommend working with and/or partnering with Kelly Holbrook when searching for a home and/or a real estate agent in your area.

My family and I moved from Mississippi to Florida this past summer. We were completely overwhelmed with the number of real estate companies and agents in the area, so we ended up using the agent recommended by my husbands new job. We did not have a good experience working with this particular agent and didnt know how to go about finding another agent. Kelly was AMAZING! I gave her a list of what we were looking for in an agent as well as our priorities for our new home. She immediately started researching agents in the area and found one that matched our needs perfectly. She was extremely professional and so easy to talk to. I will definitely call her if we ever need a realtor in the future, and I recommend her to anyone looking for an agent now. Shes awesome!
