I was born in 1968 and raised in Eastern Kentucky. After graduating high school in 1986, I joined the U.S. Navy. After serving in the Navy, I moved to North Carolina and started a family. I worked in the transportation industry for 18 years. I'm married, have three children and four grandchildren.
