KELLY LUHR at Van Dorm Realty recently helped us with the sale of our home and 20 acre property. He did a great job with the description and marketing of our home. He was assisting us from a distance, but managed to keep us well informed about the process and arranging home visits with local realtors. When we called him, he was very prompt at returning calls if he wasn't immediately available. All requests for document signatures via DocuSign were emailed in a very timely manner along with a text alert to look for the email. We felt he represented us well and provided sound honest advice in our efforts to sell our home. Kelly is very responsive to emails and text. He was always willing to meet us whenever we wanted to see a house. He continuously gave us the scoop on new listings and during the search he was very informative about properties and genuinely wanted to help us find the home of our dreams. Kelly has been kind and extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I ever expected a real estate agent to do. Example- At a house we were buying there was a generator that needed some work, and Kelly baught a battery out of his own pocket and spent an afternoon with me as we troubleshot the issues. That"s among many instances where Kelly came through for us. I would recommend him to anyone anytime.
