Kelly has met our family realtor needs for about fifteen years. She has always been so pleasant, professional and thorough in our buying and selling experiences. In our most recent experience, Kelly helped sell my 91 year old fathers home. He was moving to an assisted living facility. I was so busy handling all my fathers affairs. Far beyond the hectic experiences of selling a home, packing up the contents , and preparing for listing. Kelly has been our agent since 2009. She helped us buy a 6- unit apartment in 2009, and a condo in 2012.I believe Kelly has shown us over 100 properties between 2009 and now (2012), always with great patience, understanding, and knowledge.When we purchased our 6-unit, there were complications with PG&E, due to a malfunctioning meter, found after escrow.Kelly worked with the previous owner and PG&E to resolve this issue even many weeks after escrow. I highly recommend Kelly.

Kelly walked me through the entire process of purchasing my first home. She helped me determine a price-range and narrow down what I wanted in terms of a property. She only showed me places within the budget that had what I absolutely wanted without the amenities I really didnt want. After I found a place I wanted (short-sale), she worked hard with the seller, their agent and the bank to setting on a price we were all happy with.She was relentless in helping me out bargaining with the other parties even after I had given up getting a price I wanted. She went far beyond my expectations.She also helped me through the process of applying for and getting my loan. She set me up with a broker she trusted and went to those meetings acting.As a nice finishing touch, she was interested in the work I did after my purchase. She kept in touch asking how renovations were going and even stopped by to visit after things were done.
